FREE PARKING

Free parking is available for the duration of your stay. Guests flying from Gatwick Airport are also able to leave their car with us for the duration of their holiday for £10 per night.

Vehicles are parked at owners' risk.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in is between 15:00 and 22:00. Please advise if arriving later and special arrangements can be made. Check out is by 11:00.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is available if required and is normally served between 08:00 - 10:00, however we are happy to work around these times if requested in advance.

We don't provide evening meals, but are happy to book a table at one of our recommended restaurants, and can provide menus for you to peruse.

PAYMENT

Payment is by cash, debit & credit cards.

Card details are required to secure your booking and the total cost of the room will be charged on checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

The full cost of the room will be taken if cancelled within 7 days of arrival, unless the room is re-booked.

We do advise you to take out travel insurance to cover these eventualities. Alternatively your booking can be moved to a future date if required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We like to promote rest and relaxation at Windfalls so we cannot take group bookings from stag or hen parties.

Unfortunately we do not cater for children or pets as our aim is to promote peace & quiet.
