Free parking is available for the duration of your stay. Guests flying from Gatwick are also able to leave their car with us for the duration of their holiday. One week's free holiday parking is included with each night booked, please contact us if you would like to leave your car with us for longer.

Check in is between 15:00 and 22:00. Please advise if arriving later and special arrangements can be made. Check out is by 11.00.

Breakfast is served between 08.00 -10.00, however we are happy to work around these times if requested in advance.

We don't provide evening meals, but are happy to book a table at one of our recommended restaurants, and can provide menus for you to peruse.

Payment is by cash, debit & credit cards.

A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking, and the full cost of the room will be taken if cancelled within 7 days of arrival, unless the room is rebooked. We do advise you to take out travel insurance to cover these eventualities.

We like to promote rest and relaxation at Windfalls so unfortunately cannot take group bookings from stag or hen parties!

This is a no smoking establishment. Unfortunately we do not cater for children or pets as our aim is to promote peace & quiet.

Vehicles are parked at owners' risk.
